PersistentPageMemoryTableStorage.CHECKPOINT_ON_DESTRUCTION_DELAY_MILLIS. This
delay was added to batch checkpoints if multiple partitions are destroyed -
after https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-25671 a checkpoint is
triggered to remove outdated pages from the memory before recreating a partition
