Description:
Add various logging where it might be useful:
* Startup (starting JVM, loading DLLs, resolving IGNITE_HOME and classpath,
initializing store, etc)
* Unmanaged callbacks
* Anything else?
Investigate whether we should write to console as well, taking IGNITE_QUIET
flag into account.
