One way to ensure disaster resilence and quick disaster recovery is to create a
system deployment spanning more than one data center.
At the moment Apache Ignite 2.x doesn't support Multi DC deployments
effectively as its internal components treat all server nodes as equal and
don't optimize their operations for DC-local interactions.
This epic will include improvements over all components to adapt Apache Ignite
2.x for MDC installations.

Right now this work is on an early R'n'D stage.
