The main goal of using the LWM is to control the disk space usage while
preserving older versions of entries to support multiple variations of querying
data history. We have to implement machinery to forcibly raise LWM to clean up
old entry versions in MV store. Another thing to be added is hard limit for
history depth - it would help to put disk usage under control.
