Currently, we have no limits on data storage size. If a user exceeds these
limits, the operating system may prevent further work. This needs to be somehow
limited and configured to ensure the specified limits are not exceeded. When
these limits are reached, all operations that update data or create garbage
should be stopped, and new operations should be prevented.
