Description:
In IGNITE-26490, a test for resolution of a WI from an aborted transaction was
added, but we also need tests for WIs from abandoned transactions, namely:
# When a transaction is abandoned (that is, its coordinator is
stopped/restarted) before the index is even created
# When a transaction is abandoned while a pre-build on the index is occurring
