Since the Ignite 3.1.0 has already been started (see
[https://lists.apache.org/thread/q7xqfqyh3rmfstrxn3cofx44syjm4m13)] it makes
sense to change the default version (i.e. SNAPSHOT version) in the main branch
from 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT to 3.2.0-SNAPSHOT.
