Summary: Rename metrics prefix for storage profiles

Currently, the prefix for storage profile metrics is
*storage.<engineName>.<profileName1>*, which could lead to errors in the future
if a user attempts to specify a profile name, such as *checkpoint*, resulting
in an error when registering the metric.
