Description: It is necessary to add the {{Message}} interface to
{{IgniteDhtPartitionCountersMap}} and {{IgniteDhtPartitionHistorySuppliersMap}}
in order to eliminate the byte array fields (partCntrsBytes,
partHistSuppliersBytes) in {{GridDhtPartitionsFullMessage}}.
