To keep doc updated in a consistent manner, lets cut a ignite-3.1.0-doc branch
from master (same as release branch, but with -doc postfix).
This way it will be possible to maintain documentation branch without
accidentally affecting the release branch, and keep documentation for 3.1.0
updated while also updating it for a subsequent release.
