At the moment I found the following deadlock due to which *ItSqlLogicTest* was
freezing, it will need to be fixed.
Compactor begins working with the delta file and blocks deletion of the
partition.
Checkpoint pauses the compactor, which still blocks deletion of the partition.
Checkpoint attempts to write to the partition but cannot block its deletion.
