IgniteSpec should provide a mechanism to exclude Ducktests libraries when
necessary.
This ensures classpath consistency when testing a specific Ignite release by
including only the libraries shipped with that release.
Excluding Ducktests prevents contamination of the test environment with
framework dependencies, ensuring that tests validate the actual release
libraries rather than those available in the testing framework
