Description: writeIntentFromTxAbandonedBeforeShouldNotBeIndexed and
writeIntentFromTxAbandonedWhileWaitingForTransactionsToFinishShouldNotBeIndexed
restart nodes and this is not too compatible with
ClusterPerClassIntegrationTest as this influences other tests in the same
class. They should be split out to a test class based on
ClusterPerTestIntegrationTest.
