Currently,
*org.apache.ignite.raft.jraft.option.NodeOptions#snapshotIntervalSecs* is not
configurable. By default, it's 1 hour, which is too long for writing tests,
such as those related to raft log truncation. It's proposed to make this value
configurable, for example through local system properties stored in the
configuration.
