Looks like there is no need to bother with common config. Let's just simply
expose fine-grained parameters directly to {{OdbcConfiguration}}.
Configuration params to expose:
{{socketSendBufferSize}}
{{socketSendReceiveSize}}
{{idleTimeout}}
