*Description*
After https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-26983 new exception type has
been introduced, but there also abandoned lock exception that differs from
coarse lock situation only with the message. What we want: the same message
prefix, but different exception types for different situations to distinct them
not just by the message.
*Motivation*
We have to improve our approach to exceptions and their messages.
*Definition of done*
1. Lock exceptions has the same message prefix.
2. Different lock exceptional situations should have different exception types.
