Test assumed that WriteIntentSwitchReplicaRequest is always sent from node
processing the transaction to primary replica
In reality node processing the transaction sends TxCleanupMessage to primary
replicas, and in most cases they send WriteIntentSwitchReplicaRequest to
themselves
Fixed flakiness by waiting for destruction of the table on the same node that
drops intent switch request
