Description:
In IGNITE-27240 platform argument was introduced to Dockerfiles, but it is not
required for the build.
`WARN: RedundantTargetPlatform: Setting platform to predefined $TARGETPLATFORM
in FROM is redundant as this is the default behavior (line 18)`
