Description:
We have a category of metrics that displays the values of partition
modification counters that are used to collect statistics.
Thus, a separate metric source is created for each partition of each table.
These metrics are enabled by default and, when exported to JMX, greatly
complicate the analysis of other metrics, as there are so many of them (see
attachment).
Moreover, it is very difficult for the user to disable it because the name
template includes the directory object identifier.
It is proposed to disable this category of metrics (by default).
