Currently, Performance Statistics do not collect any information about
third-party cache store operations (CacheStore / CacheLoader / CacheWriter).
As a result, time spent in external storage (DB, file system, remote service,
etc.) is completely invisible in perfstat reports, although such operations
often dominate overall cache latency in read-through / write-through scenarios.
This task aims to add full support for CacheStore-related operations in
Performance Statistics (core) and extend the performance-statistics reporter
(ignite-extensions) to visualize these metrics
