Compute job cancellation is cooperative:
* Ignite sets *JobExecutionContext.isCancelled*
* Job implementation polls the flag
* Job may cancel the processing and return a cancelled future
* Job may ignore the cancellation request and return a completed future
If the job returns a completed future, job status *must not* be CANCELED.
