Description: Some of the tests use {{rebuildContext=true}} which is not
needed. Some tests use {{MicronautTest}} where it is not needed at all. (was:
{{ItClusterStateHttpServerFilter*InitializedTest}} use {{rebuildContext=true}}
which is not needed.)
