Description:
.NET client caches tables along with generated serializers and schemas. This
cache is currently unbounded.
* Extract table cache for reuse across SQL and Compute (see changes from
IGNITE-26853)
* Add a property to limit the size of that cache
* Make sure table rename is supported by the cache (IGNITE-19492)
