Sergey Chugunov resolved IGNITE-27112.

Resolution: Won't Fix
Accessing BinaryMarshaller at serialization/deserialization phase of message
processing creates overcomplicated code with little benefit.
Thus implementing common approach isn't practical, so I'm closing the ticket.
