This PR combines several risky migrations at once: Java 17, Gradle 9.5, Ignite
2.18, Jetty 12, SLF4J/Logback/Jersey/Mockito. Please confirm:
1. ./gradlew clean build passes from a clean checkout;
2. jetty-launcher distribution starts and serves the packaged WAR;
3. dev Launcher.main() starts from the project root;
4. no runtime logging/SLF4J binding issues after SLF4J 2.x migration.
