Follow-up for IGNITE-28640.
The SQL Reference navigation currently contains a Transactions entry that
points to key-value-api/transactions. After adding the Calcite
transaction-aware queries documentation, the documentation tree should point to
the Calcite section instead: SQL/sql-calcite#transaction-aware-queries.
Scope:
- add a stable transaction-aware-queries anchor to the Calcite SQL page;
- update the SQL Reference navigation entry to point to that Calcite section.
