Description:
Currently, the performance statistics HTML report does not show when the
statistics collection started or how long it lasted. The report directory name
only indicates when the HTML report was generated and cannot be used to
determine the collection period.
Add the following information to the HTML report:
* Performance statistics collection start time
* Performance statistics collection stop time
* Total collection duration
For reports built from files collected from multiple nodes, define and display
the overall collection period based on the earliest start time and the latest
stop time.
