Test PageMemoryNoStoreLeakTest.testPageDoubleInitMemoryLeak is flaky. In this
test process commited memory metric is used to detect memory leak, but a lot of
other subsystems affect this metric, including heap memory allocation. So, we
can't rely on this metric to detect memory leakage.
