1. ignite-form-field__label is element by BEM methodology. 
ignite-form-field-password is block that contains label element with 
ignite-form-field__label class.
2. Others form-field mixins are correctly named.
3. small-label not under form tag for better granuality of css class 
composition.
4. small-label is modifiсator for settings-row class. it is separate by one 
undescore.
