Docs follow-up is needed for this user-facing metrics change. I created
IGNITE-28873 to document the new MultiDC cache safety metrics added by PR
#13238: IsCacheAffinityConfigurationMdcSafe and
IsCachePartitionDistributionSafe.
Keeping Docs Required on this source issue until the documentation PR is
available.
