Description:
The attached reproducer increases chances of Ignite Features tests instability
by relying only on sleeps. And can be considered as a reproducer.
org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.rollingupgrade.CoreVersionRollingUpgradeTest#testConcurrentFinalizationErrorPreserveNodeFence
test is the most susceptible to it
