The Jetty dependency was upgraded from 11.0.25 to 12.1.10 in IGNITE-28765. The
existing REST API documentation contains a Jetty XML example that uses syntax
from the previous Jetty version.
Update the REST API documentation to:
* replace the named server thread-pool argument `<Arg name="threadpool">` with
`<Arg>`;
* remove the legacy `HandlerCollection` and `ContextHandlerCollection`
configuration;
* add a short migration note explaining that custom Jetty XML configurations
created for earlier Jetty versions must be adapted for Jetty 12.
