Checked PR apache/ignite#12729 and local commit b75f909bc1 in the Ignite 2
checkout. The change is an internal TcpDiscovery SPI MDC connection recovery
fix with tests and no user-facing documentation surface. Removing only Docs
Required; Release Notes Required is left unchanged.
