Checked PR apache/ignite#12947 and local commit b09fa6d7ef in the Ignite 2
checkout. The documentation for the SQL lazy flag removal is already included
in the same change set across JDBC, SQL tuning, binary protocol, and
thin-client docs. Removing only Docs Required; Release Notes Required is left
unchanged.
