Checked PR apache/ignite#13099 and local commit 08578188b6 in the Ignite 2
checkout. The required SQL savepoint documentation is already included in the
merged change set, including docs/_docs/sql-reference/transactions.adoc and
docs/_docs/SQL/sql-calcite.adoc. Removing only Docs Required; Release Notes
Required is left unchanged.
