Docs Required was removed after reviewing the merged Ignite 2.18 change on
origin/master. The change is internal-only (implementation cleanup/refactoring,
dependency update, compatibility constant removal, or Javadoc-only typo fix)
and does not add or change user-facing documentation surface such as public
API, configuration, CLI commands, SQL syntax, metrics, log messages, or
operational workflows. Any other Ignite Flags were preserved.
