Docs Required was removed after a rolling-upgrade documentation triage pass.
This issue is part of the intermediate Ignite 2.18 rolling-upgrade
implementation/cleanup scope; rolling upgrade documentation should be handled
only once the overall feature scope is complete and stable, not from this
partial task. No standalone user-facing documentation update is required for
this issue at this point. Any other Ignite Flags were preserved.
