I reviewed the linked change (PR #12677 / commit 90be2c1faa) in the local
Ignite 2 checkout. It generates serializers for internal
IgniteDataTransferObject classes and does not change user-facing CLI syntax,
configuration, APIs, documented behavior, or documentation text. No user-facing
documentation update is required. I removed only Docs Required and preserved
Release Notes Required.
