I reviewed the implementation reference (IGNITE-24847 / commit b86cdaa354) in
the local Ignite 2 checkout. IgniteException and IgniteCheckedException keep
the same public package and class names; the change moves implementation/source
module placement and does not require a user-facing documentation update. I
removed only Docs Required and preserved Release Notes Required.
