I reviewed the linked change (PR #11801 / commit 20ca13cb85) in the local
Ignite 2 checkout. It removes redundant legacy idle_verify V1 compatibility
code while keeping the documented control.sh idle_verify surface intact. No
user-facing documentation update is required. I removed only Docs Required and
preserved Release Notes Required.
