Docs Required was reviewed against PR
https://github.com/apache/ignite/pull/12268 and the local Ignite 2 checkout.
The change moves OptimizedMarshaller implementation classes into binary/commons
modules while keeping the public marshaller API surface available; it does not
require user-facing documentation changes. Removing Docs Required and
preserving Release Notes Required.
