Description:
PerformanceStatisticsThinClientTest#testCompute with
[atomicityMode=ATOMIC]fails at PerformanceStatisticsThinClientTest.java:162

assertTrue(taskStartTime >= startTime);{noformat}
PerformanceStatisticsThinClientTest#afterTest doesn't call super.afterTest, so
.prf files are not cleaned between tests. testCompute reads records from the
previous test and fails.
To reproduce, run testCompute alone. It fails without the patch and passes with
it

The difference between taskStartTime and startTime can be about 100millis
It looks like using U.currentTimeMillis() can give some time inaccuracy
