Description:
A change in message fields or in the order of enum constants can break rolling
upgrade, and now only a reviewer can notice it
Let's generate a JSON file for every message and for every enum used in message
fields. The file has the class name, the fields with their order and type, and
the serialization annotations. The files are created during compilation and are
not included in the jars
