Description:
Add `ActiveComputeTasksPerConnection` metric to the client.connector registry
(available via JMX/read API) - the maximum number of active compute tasks
across all active thin-client connections.
Metric can implement `MaxValueMetric` to overcome peak losses caused by
monitoring poll timings.
