In {{{}AbstractRollingUpgradeTest{}}}, upgrading a node to another version
({{{}upgradeNodeVersion(...){}}}) is supported only for test feature sets such
as {{{}TestIgniteReleaseFeatures_2_19_2{}}}.
We should support the current version/master and the actual
{{CoreFeatureRegistry}} so that developers can test support for new features.
