Parameters`dataPageScanEnabled` seems not used among the code. Example:

SqlClientContext#dataPageScanEnable()
IgniteCacheOffheapManagerImpl#cachePartitionIterator(int cacheId, int
part,Boolean dataPageScanEnabled) {code}
We should research it, remove and simplify the code where it is safe and
possible.
