org.apache.ignite.internal.thread.context.OperationContextAttribute uses an int
bitmask, limiting the total number of attribute instances to 32 per
classloader.
Exceeding this limit triggers an assertion or causes key collisions when
assertions are disabled.
Rework attribute storage to support more attributes while preserving efficient
lookup and context propagation.
