h3. Motivation
Keys containing ROW values may be compared and hashed by reference, while
sorting ROW and ARRAY values fails with ClassCastException. Use content-based
equality and hashing for execution keys and SQL distribution, and recursive
comparison for sorting.
h3. Definition of Done
* DISTINCT produces correct results with colocated and map/reduce hash and sort
aggregation.
* Tests cover equal keys on different nodes, nested values, and NULL handling.
