Upgrade Apache Calcite from 1.42.0 to 1.43.0 in Ignite 2 once the release is
available.
Replace SqlValueUtils.deepEquals and SqlValueUtils.deepHashCode introduced in
IGNITE-29203 with Functions.deepEquals and Functions.deepHashCode from Calcite,
and run the Calcite module regression tests.
