Description:
Currently async operations are executed in two steps:
- start an operation (Cache.Get)
- get the future (UU.TargetListenFuture* methods)
This separation is unnecessary. See if we can perform asyn operations in one
JNI call. See how PlatformCache.OP_REBALANCE does this.
